For Nonprofit Organizations
RECEIVE FUNDING

We provide small, project-based or core-need grants, ranging from $4,000 – $6,000. Over a four month grant cycle, we will work together to identify areas of need and partner with you to develop a grant application.

Highwind Impact Fund brings together a diverse group of young professionals from across the nation who are passionate about tangible engagement with their communities.

Executive Board

Patrick Lanser, Co-President

Patrick is an Investor at Affinity Partners in Miami. He formerly worked at Goldman Sachs. Patrick earned his B.B.A. in Finance with a second major in History from the University of Notre Dame in 2022.

Huilai Gu, Co-President

Huilai is a Senior Associate at Ara Partners in Boston. She formerly worked at Onward Energy and Charles River Associates. Huilai earned her B.S. in Chemical Engineering and Finance from Lehigh University in 2019.

Andrew Franke

Head of Membership Strategy
Andrew is a Vice President at EQT Partners in New York. Andrew earned his B.A. in Economics and Applied Math from the University of Notre Dame.

Will Marriott

Head of Community Partnerships
Will is an Associate on the Technology team at General Atlantic. He earned a B.S. in Business Strategy from Brigham Young University.

Christian Revels-Robinson

Head of Recruitment
Christian is an Analyst at Nia Impact Capital in New York. She earned her B.A. in Computer Science from Columbia University.

Wyatt Baldridge

Co-Head of Fundraising
Wyatt is an Associate at H.I.G. Capital in New York. He earned his B.B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University.

Celia Zhou

Co-Head of Fundraising
Celia is an Analyst at Houlihan Lokey in LA. She earned her B.S. in Economics and Mathematics from Emory University.

Jules Ong

Head of Non-Profit Engagement
Jules is the Finance Associate at Girls Who Invest. He earned his B.S. in Business from New York University.

Evan Haas

Boston Chapter Head
Evan is a J.D. Candidate at Harvard Law School. He formerly worked at Houlihan Lokey as an analyst in New York. He earned his B.S. in Finance from Touro University in 2025.

Joseph Massabni

Boston Chapter Head

Los Angeles Chapter Head
Brandon is an Analyst in the Legacy Credit Suisse group at Santander LA. He earned his B.S. in Finance and B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Denver.

Miami Chapter Head
Nick is an Associate at DigitalBridge in Boca Raton, FL. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Dual Degree in Finance and Applied Math.

New York Chapter Head
