Co-Founder
Ben is a Vice President at General Atlantic in New York, NY. He graduated from Harvard Business School in 2023, and prior to that worked as an associate at Madison Dearborn Partners and analyst at J.P. Morgan. Ben earned his B.A. in Mathematical Economic Analysis from Rice University in 2017.
Richard He
Co-Founder
Richard is an Investment Analyst at T. Rowe Price in Baltimore, MD. He graduated with an MBA / MPP at Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School in 2024. He formerly worked as an associate at Madison Dearborn Partners and analyst at Credit Suisse. Richard earned his B.A. in Economics from Harvard University in 2017.
Margaret Roddy
Co-Founder
Margaret is a Vice President at TPG Rise Climate in San Francisco, CA. She formerly worked at Goldman Sachs as an investment banking analyst. Margaret earned her B.S.Ch.E. in Chemical Engineering from Rice University in 2018.
